A Systematic Approach of Generalized Reactance Compensation Technique in Wideband Class-E Power Amplifier for Lower High Frequency (HF) Bands

This paper discusses about systematic design approach of Reactance Compensated Class-E. The theory behind conventional Class-E is described then differences between Compensation explained and derived. reactance compensated gives better high efficiency bandwidth. range shunt capacitor value that can maintain operation also increases compared to overall impedance for derived shows it the same as contribution this present a high-performance wideband Power Amplifier in operating frequency low MHz first time. Also, on theoretical derivation Amplifiers with compensation method presented work. To prove correctness designing simulation results, we fabricated measured proposed design. Wideband at achieved. results show all simulation, methods experimental confirm each other. least 17.3% simulated result, 33.3% increase bandwidth measurement result technique an its by 52.3% be used improve promises realizing As Class-E, implementing would simplify analysis other amplifier topologies like push-pull, Doherty, Outphasing.
